Get Ahead

Our programming translates coursework into impact by building end-to-end readiness: pre-health preparation with course mapping, test strategies, personal statement clinics, and mock interviews; experiential learning through research onboarding, shadowing etiquette, and clinical volunteering playbooks; career capital via résumé and LinkedIn studios, portfolio reviews, and support for conference abstracts and posters; and practical innovation skills with introductory Tech & AI in health workshops covering ethics and hands-on tooling for clinical applications.

MM partners with campuses, hospitals, and community orgs to expand access and build your network. Chapters collaborate with MM Youth for pipeline mentorship and with Medical Professionals for talks, labs, and site visits.
