Hi everyone! My name is Valentina Marcos, and I am a senior at WCSU majoring in Nursing. I currently hold the position of Secretary, but I've been part of MM since my freshman year, previously holding the positions of Vice-President and President. Reflecting back on my years, I have met many amazing people and embraced new opportunities simply by stepping out of my comfort zone. I am grateful to have met a community that continues to help me and others by growing personally and professionally!

Hi everyone! My name is Victoria Lomotey, and I’m so grateful to be part of the Minorities in Med community! I’m a pre-med student at University of Mount St Vincent majoring in Psychology and double minoring in general science and healthcare management. I have dreams to eventually open my own private practice and medical missions organization to serve children and families in both New York and back home in Ghana. I’m happy to be here as a minority and even more excited for what’s to come.
