A Professional Membership empowers practicing clinicians and health leaders with a dedicated peer community, continuing education, and practice-focused programming—pairing mentorship, teaching, scholarship, and community-responsive care with ongoing clinical and leadership development (CME/CE where available).
As a member of Minorities in Medicine’s Professional network, you’ll access a private community (topic channels, case forums, journal clubs), grand-rounds–style webinars, and continuing-education modules alongside opportunities to mentor across tiers, lead skills labs and talks, co-develop QI/research, and deploy practice playbooks in your setting. Membership is open to attending physicians, residents and fellows, advanced practice providers, dentists, pharmacists, therapists, scientists, educators, administrators, and health-tech/industry professionals.

Elevate your impact through five integrated avenues: mentor and sponsor learners via group mentorship and targeted sponsorship; teach and assess by leading skills labs, OSCE stations, simulation oversight, rubric design, and chapter talks; advance scholarship and quality improvement by co-developing abstracts, supervising data projects, publishing manuscripts, and sharing practice playbooks; sustain continuing education through members-only grand rounds, case forums, journal clubs, and short courses (CME/CE where available); and shape governance by advising chapters, serving on committees, and taking on regional or national leadership roles.
Get Involved
Collaborate with University and Professional Student chapters on specialty exposure and readiness; partner with MM Youth for early inspiration and safe, age-appropriate skills exposure.
